  • Auto Medical — Provides medical payments for injured occupant of a covered auto.
  • Broker/Freight Forwarding Contingent — Can apply to Auto Liability or Cargo loss for damage to a load, when the hauling carrier’s policy did not pay for the loss.
  • Business Auto Liability — Provides coverage for losses arising out of the ownership, maintenance and/or use of private passenger autos or service vehicles for business use.
  • Cap on Deductible — Allows you to cap all deductibles that may apply at a specific location, with one amount, for a covered Auto or Physical Damage or Cargo loss.
  • Choice Plus Coverage — A Coverage package endorsement, for all customers with 1-4 units, that Optional Coveragesincludes Electronic Equipment Coverage, Personal Property Coverage, Miscellaneous Equipment (chains, tarps, tie-downs, etc.)
  • Coverage and Towing — Mechanical Breakdown Coverage. Also included is a diminishing deductible that rewards customers who operate safe and loss-free. Other benefits include expanded towing coverage, rental reimbursement, and emergency expenses in the event of a mechanical breakdown.
  • Commercial Auto Extension — Provides coverage when the insured trip leases to another motor carrier or when our insured trip leases to others.
  • Comprehensive Coverage — Provides physical damage coverage on covered autos from any cause except collision, subject to exclusions.>
  • Contingent Casualty Coverage — Can be written in conjunction with Occ/Acc to provide benefits equivalent to workers’ compensation coverage in the event an independent contractor succeeds in a claim of being an employee rather than an independent contractor.
  • Electronic Equipment — Extends the covered autos’ physical damage coverage to include electronic items normally not covered, such as computers, fax machines, satellite systems, etc.
  • Employee Benefits Liability — Provides liability coverage for clerical errors related to administering various types of employee benefit programs.
  • Employment Practices Liability – Provides liability coverage for defense and indemnity for certain employment practices such as discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
  • Financed or Leased Value — Responds to certain exposures when the cost to pay off a lease or loan exceeds your unit’s actual cash value (ACV).
  • Garage Operations — Provides Commercial General Liability coverage when, for example, you service or repair the trucks / trailers of others including owner-operators.
  • Hired Auto Cargo — Extends your cargo coverage to loads where you must hire a tractor to deliver your load.
  • Hired Auto Physical Damage Liability — Provides physical damage coverage for trucks and tractors you lease, hire, rent or borrow without a driver for 30 days or less and “trailers” you lease, hire, rent or borrow.
  • Higher Limits — Increase limits of liability, cargo, PIP, UM, and medical payments
  • Infidelity / Dishonesty Cargo — Extends the Cargo Coverage Form to cover losses due to the dishonesty of an employee driver or owner-operator driver while property is in / on a truck or trailer.
  • Inland Marine Floater — Coverage can be used to cover a wide variety of exposures such as forklifts, satellite equipment, truck service tools, auxiliary power units, etc.
  • Location Coverage — Allows a Physical Damage self-insured customer to cover their catastrophic exposure at specific locations.
  • Motor Carrier Reimbursement — Designed for owner-operaors to reimburse them for property damage deductibles for which they are contractually responsible to a motor carrier.
  • Non-Trucking Use Liability — Provides liability coverage when the owner-operator is not operating under the lease agreement of the motor carrier to whom they are permanently leased.
  • Occupational Accident (Occ/Acc) — Offered to carriers who use independent contractors. Occ/Acc provides coverage for accidental death, dismemberment, paralysis, disability and medical expenses to drivers for injuries sustained while under dispatch.
  • Rental Reimbursement — Covers the cost of renting replacement tractors, trucks and trailers when a loss covered under your physical damage policy occurs to such equipment.
  • Stop Gap Employers Liability — Provides employers liability coverage in those states where workers compensation must be purchased from a state fund (ND, OH, WA or WY).
  • Terrorism — Provides coverage for acts of terrorism.
  • Trailer interchange — Covers non-owned equipment in your care, custody and control. Available if required by contract or Uniform Intermodal Agreement.
  • Umbrella Liability — Provides higher limits in addition to the General Liability, Auto Liability and/or Employers Liability limits on your primary insurance program and provides additional coverage.
  • Warehouseman’s Legal Liability — provides physical damage coverage for the goods of others (not cargo) held in storage or a warehouse.
  • Workers Compensation — provides Coverage for employee injuries while working for you.
