He completed his CPCU designation in 1994.
James enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Pat Storey
- Pat is a 1968 graduate of Dowling High School.
He began his career at Joe Morten/Motor-Ways in November 1970.
He attended Drake University while working at Joe Morten/Motor-Ways, graduating in 1975.
Pat earned his CPCU designation in 1983.
Pat enjoys spending time with his family, attending all types of sporting events, and plays recreational slow pitch softball each summer.
Pat has three grown children, and has been blessed with one grandchild.

Rory Triplett
- started with Joe Morten/Motor-Ways in 2007, after working as an account representative for Federated Mutual Insurance.
Before that, Rory spent three years with the Iowa Motor Truck Association as their Marketing and Membership Director.
Rory earned a B.S. degree in Public Relations with a minor in Speech Communications from the University of South Dakota in 2001.
He was also a four-year letter winner for USD's football team.
Rory spends most of his time with family and friends.
He enjoys playing golf and politics.

Jessica Whitten
- Jessica graduated from Ankeny High School.
She then received a diploma from Hamilton Business College in the Administrative Assistant program.
Jessica has been with Joe Morten/Motor-Ways for nine years.
She enjoys helping our insureds with the ordering of their MVRs, bond and renewal work.
Jessica has a daughter Leah, and a son Landon.
She enjoys beading and spending time with her children.

Vanessa McKinney
- Vanessa earned her Bachelors Degree from Grand View College in Des Moines, IA in 2001, where she played volleyball for all four years.
She has been with Joe Morten/Motor Ways since 2001 as a Customer Service Representative.
Vanessa is married to Shane and they have two daughters, Savannah (3) and Avery (1).
She enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, tennis, co-ed softball and helping her husband cheer on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Shawna Pommerehn
- Shawna joined Joe Morten/Motor-Ways in July, 2005.
Some of her duties include certificates of insurance, and greeting customers on the phone.
She is a graduate of Iowa Falls High School, and is currently working on her Associates Degree.
Shawna and her husband, Jeramy, have a daughter, Abby. They enjoy camping, and spending time together.

Mindy Stock
- Mindy joined Joe Morten/Motor-Ways in January, 2005 as a Customer Service Representative.
She has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Iowa and has been working in the insurance industry since 1994.
Mindy resides in West Des Moines, IA with her two children, Alexia and Skylar.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, stamping, and beading.

Maria Gomes
- Maria graduated from the College of the Sequoia with an Associates of Art Degree in Business Administration.
She has been in the insurance industry since 1999, joining Joe Morten/Motorways in February 2003.
Maria lives with her two sons in the Des Moines area.
She enjoys sewing quilts and spending time and bowling with her boys.
